Quality tool.: Hand tool

I can't even remember the last time I stayed at an improved campsite and where I sleep there is almost nothing to sit on. There are no stumps or large stones here, but many fallen trees and branches. Over the years I've tried bringing a few different stools to sit on, but they added bulk and weight to my already overloaded backpack. After getting this Scotch Eye Wood drill bit on my next hike, I'm going to try to build a small stool or bench. I've never assembled wooden furniture before, but I think it would be interesting to try. And if that doesn't work, it just goes in my firewood pile. it's sharp and lubricated, it should last indefinitely.
