I love this pressure cooker. I thought about upgrading to a more expensive model, but then I looked at the price and realized I could buy three of these for an updated model. I've had this pressure cooker before, actually replacing a ten year old model I bought elsewhere. I can cook stir fry, barbecue ribs, rice pilaf, soups and baked beans in half or more the time it takes to cook. on the stove. This 6 liter model works for my family.
