I wish I had known about these ties sooner. I use them for tying instrument cables (musicians). Also great for running cables around a desk, inside a PC, etc. You can even twist two cables together if the length is not long enough, like in the picture. And you can do that again and again. Also, the different colors make it easier to find cables or other devices that you may need. Really comfortable. Attention: They are really only suitable for stored cables. I wouldn't use them to attach gear to the outside of backpacks or vests like backpackers or hunters would. Only if you drive a few corners, then maybe. But more often than not, they're great for cleaning out extension cords and the like.
