I bought this from Revain. It looks new and has all the elements it should have. After I charged the battery, it mopped for over 2 hours. I was pleasantly surprised that it cleans so well. I had a Bissell Crosswave that died. I like this Braava Jet a lot more than Crosswave. In fact, he cleaned my whole house with the same mop. I bought reusable wipes and used 1 today and they wipe really well. It's very easy to use. The pads snap slightly at the bottom. It is easy to fill and cleans the entire floor. The only downside is that I didn't know what the signals meant. It beeps when you turn it on and then another beep when you press the cleaning button to get it working. Today I finally realized that another beep means the battery needs to be charged. Another horn system would be better. For example: 1 beep to turn on, 2 beeps to clean, 3 beeps to charge etc. I also used a dry pad after mopping and it had a lot of dog hair even after running Eufy. Also downloaded an app for it that works fine. You can change the amount of cleaning solution for each pad type.
