I love how easy it was to set up my online travel booking site using OTRS with their free trial offer! It's very user friendly (especially when compared against other competitors). We have been able solve our issues related website traffic by creating more content/pages for customers who want them - but also allowing visitors from Google search results in as well which increases conversions overall.
