We were able to easily identify areas where we needed improvement as well as those that others could have improved upon by comparing this tool against other vendor's products in our field. The interface is not intuitive or easy for new users, so it takes some getting used to but once you learn how to use it efficiently it becomes very effective. It does exactly what its supposed to do without any additional features being requested. This makes us feel valued as an organization since they are responding to our needs, rather than asking us about them first. As of now there isn't anything I dislike at all because everything works great. If your looking for something simple and straightforward then look no further.
