First off, they had a very small range of goods. Despite their claims to have a vast selection, I discovered that some essential supplies for my projects were missing. I was compelled to go elsewhere for what I needed because of this aggravating situation. Second, the things I did receive were of low quality. The craft kits and soap-making equipment were of poor quality and were composed of flimsy materials. Due to damage or malfunction, I discovered that I had to replace things frequently in the middle of projects. Finally, they provided poor customer service. I contacted them with my worries on the products' quality, but I got no response. It was obvious that they didn't appreciate my business or give a damn if I was happy with their offerings. Overall, if you're searching for high-quality arts and crafts products, I wouldn't suggest TECHAROOZ. A terrible experience is created by their small selection, subpar product quality, and lack of customer service.
