I don't know if they sent me a defect or if all their products were secretly LOW QUALITY because after I installed mine the tips broke off and I tried them again to screw on , but when I opened the trunk the same thing happened and that's it, in the end I returned those disappointments and stayed away from this brand for life. Oh, and 1 strut couldn't even support the hood by itself.
