Thin and slippery, but still good.
Took off a star because it’s kind of hard to hold. It’s pretty thin and there’s no texture to grip onto. It does work very well though. It’s heavy and sturdy.

- Good quality tool works and as well as tools used in rehab clinics

- The tool may not be as effective as other forms of massage
