Returned due to lack of product support
I do not recommend this product. I have a Chevy 09 and 96, the data stream was reporting information incorrectly and not retrieving any DTCs even though the check engine light was on. He would say there are no codes. As for my Ford 01, it didn't communicate with it at all. I contacted the manufacturer and explained the problem in more detail. They replied that the device had to be registered with the manufacturer, which I did three days before contacting them. I figured if their product support was like that I would just return it, which I did.
- This Autel scanner is compatible with heavy vehicles that use sae-j1939 and sae-j1708 protocols.
