My most recent purchasing experience on Jutrisujo was a complete and utter nightmare for me. I should have known better. In spite of the fact that they assert to specialize in unusual and out-of-the-ordinary clothing, all I could find were low-quality imitations that appeared to have been designed for a character of some kind. Because the website is so disorganized and difficult to navigate, it is impossible to discover anything on there that is actually worth purchasing. And don't even get me started on the prices; they are outrageous in relation to the value of what you are receiving. To add insult to injury, their support for existing customers is laughable. When I attempted to return an item, it took over a week before I received a response from the company. And when I did eventually get in touch with them, they refused to issue a refund. I would not advise anyone to shop at Jutrisujo unless they are interested in purchasing low-quality clothing that they will immediately come to lament buying the moment they put it on. Do yourself a favor and go shopping somewhere else if you want to steer clear of embarrassing fashion faux pas.
