Over the years I have tried every type of low voltage connector you can think of and regardless of the type or brand, they all were so-so at best. They all are either a bit cumbersome to install or don't puncture/connect well enough. I bought these to give it one more try for my low voltage outside lights. Wow, these are super easy to install and every one of them worked the first time. I was shocked and delighted. If they last as well as I hope, I'm buying more to keep on hand to use on the rest of my outside lights when their old connections fail.I will update this review after they have been in use for a few months to see how well they last. Installed on March 9, 2021.
