I love this grill. So far I've made sausage, hamburgers, pork ribs and chicken. Our local grocery store was having a sale on very large trays of chicken thighs. I couldn't even put the bag in the freezer. The package filled the grill to within an inch of its life. The thighs were so thick that the lid didn't quite fit. They cook wonderfully too. I quickly fried them, added bar-b-que sauce and flipped them. Put them in a large foil pot and give them to my grandson to take home. The game turned on and the pan emptied over the next few hours. They were enough to feed the army. It cooks faster than in an oven or skillet. but no lubrication and everything was just super. The food was great and really tasted like it was grilled. I had liquid smoke but didn't even use it. Not necessary. Everything turned out great. Be sure to line the baking sheet with foil (don't forget to cut a hole in the foil for a drain hole, of course. It really saves time washing up. I use it every day and I love everything I do. You know that the cooking process is faster than you think. But you can drop it and go. Come back and flip it, come back and it's done. So, come back and check it often and at least flip it once around couldn't be easier.
