I would like to rate this collar even better because I like a lot about it. (I bought one for each of my two kittens.) Ultimately, this is why I can't recommend the collar: the clasp comes off too easily. My kittens are kept at home to avoid snagging on fences, but one kitten has their collar removed every day. I don't know if she's tugging at it or what, but if she rips it apart - at seven months old - I'd consider it a design flaw. She doesn't remove the collar (like the other kitten sometimes does); the clasp falls apart. I'm disappointed as this seemed to be one of the best low cost options here at Revain. (And oddly enough, pet stores don't have as much choice of cat collars as Revain!) I love that I can easily remove the bell and pendant; I like that the collar has reflective strips woven into it instead of a reflective strip stuck to the surface of the collar (they tend to chip and peel). But the fact that it comes off so easily completely negates both of those pluses.
