I bought this in March 2016 to make molds for jewelry. It worked great the first few times - I was able to create detailed shapes and it was easy to use. The main issue I have with this product is that it has a very limited shelf life. I don't know exactly how long it will remain usable, but on the third attempt to use it (August 2016) part 1 became very thick and stretchy and didn't mix with part 2. Basically I wasted 95% product. . I would recommend if you buy this it should be used within the first 4 months of purchase. There is no mention of a short expiration date on the Revain list, but it is listed on the product packaging. However, he does not give any details, only "Limited durability. Use as soon as possible." I was very disappointed that I didn't know this before purchasing - I would never have bought such a large quantity. Expiration date aside, it works well and makes good moulds.
