The first thing that struck me about this product was the very low sodium content. If you're drinking a pre-workout and post-workout shake every day, the sodium content of most other high-quality protein powders builds up quickly (and we all know that's not a good thing, right?). At just 70mg per scoop, this protein powder is one of the lowest I've found. In my opinion, this sets this protein apart from most others (compare that to Isopure at around 170mg per scoop). I have seen great results with this product. Fantastic for everyday use. Depending on how things go, I may even keep this protein in my diet until the competition. I always cut protein shakes out of my diet for 2-3 weeks and switch to real food, but my friend used it until the end of the competition and it was the most shredded ever. I believe he was able to keep this protein in his diet until the end due to the low sodium content. The double flavored chocolate mixed with water tastes better than I expected. Not the best, but if you're a bodybuilder you still don't like it. You are there to get results. The fact that it's delicious is just a bonus. It also blends well if you have a good blender bottle like the 20 ounce Sundesa Blender Bottle, colors vary.
