I purchased this product in April 2013. It is September 2013 and the engine has stopped working. Installation was easy and worked well for just over a month. I turned on the air conditioner, but the fan didn't turn on. If I tapped the dashboard a few times, it would turn on. Last week it stopped working completely. I checked all my fuses were good and used a voltmeter to make sure there was voltage at the motor. Mine didn't make the noise mentioned in another review. Revain only offers a 30 day return policy, so you cannot return an item if it is damaged. In general, I want to choose a part that is covered under warranty. The fan was about $50 when I bought it, which is cheaper than elsewhere with an attached fan. I hope I just got a lemon, but since two reviewers had issues over the course of a year, you might as well skip this and get something better.
