Review on Two Hat by Warren Hess

The easy to use interface is great! It's very intuitive for new users as well experienced ones alike.

I've been using it since we launched our first beta version of this product back when they were still called "Two Hats". We love how simple yet powerful their service was at that time (and continues today). They're always willing to help you out with any concerns or questions you might have about your account setup/use etc., too! Honestly haven't found anything bad so far other then maybe having some technical glitches here & there but nothing major either way - just an inconvenience like every software these days :P However if those issues are fixed quickly enough everything works smoothly again :) As mentioned above, being able to moderate posts without needing someone else around me everyday has helped free up my day to focus solely on customer support / sales activities while also helping keep things organized within myself only by.
