Two Hat Review

The easy to use interface is great! It's very intuitive for new users as well experienced ones alike. I've been using it since we launched our first beta version of this product back when they were still called "Two Hats". We love how simple yet powerful their service was at that time (and continues today). The interface is very easy to understand - not too much bells ringing from every new feature they add or any kind of confusion while using it. They have really done their research well when developing this product especially because we are dealing with sensitive data (not just emails) that needs privacy protection at its best. I am always hesitant about trusting such services but so far everything has been good for me! Nothing as an experienced user would think twice before recommending them…

The best part of using the Two Hat moderation software is the fact that it is very easy and simple to use. It is a very powerful and robust software that has a lot of features that are very useful. The fact that it is an artificial intelligence program makes me feel safer about using this software compared to other programs out there which are not as reliable or doen't have such high quality security features like 2 hats does! There isn't anything I dislike atm but i would love for them to add some new functions because their current ones aren't very useful sometimes (the one thing they need help with most). But I hate their pricing model. And they are being deceptive in their advertising. I understand that it takes money to develop and maintain a product, but $50/month per account is outrageous. I am willing to give it a try because I think it could potentially be very valuable, but not for this price. Also, if you signup for a trial, you are not allowed to cancel without incurring fees. So, even though it is free to start with, you are still locked in. That should be stated upfront.
