Great experience, easy and effective delivery format

The ability to train across multiple geographies & cultures at once! We have seen an increase of around 35% year-on -year with regards customer service training for our customers which has led directly into increased satisfaction scores from them as well so far great stuff!! I would say this programme had been very hands off but do engage their services where there are things that may not be covered by your usual curriculum (eg certain cultural issues).

Nothing specifically though we've just focused heavily during these events about getting people involved who aren't necessarily frontline employees or managers themselves however they're still able pick up some tips along side those more experienced within their function/team etc.. This leads onto another point regarding engagement rates when running such programmes it can sometimes feel like you need someone else doing all "the work" if nothing obvious pops out then maybe consider having 1 person present only? As mentioned above also focus hard.
