I remember using them in my mother's kitchen 50 years ago. I saw this and said buy it. A cheap little piece of plastic that is amazing. I use a lot of pans. These little things are great for scraping, cleaning the pan completely (great for cast iron) and draining grease easily into a vessel. You can't go wrong with this.
