I liked the fact that it was easy to use and the customer service was very helpful. I did not like that it was very new and not all of the features were used. I would have to say that it was not a good system. I would recommend that you look at other options out there. We were able to track our inventory and make sure we were ordering the correct amount. With this application we manage our entire supply chain from purchasing through to the end customer service process. The system is very easy to use and has improved our efficiency throughout the whole value chain. There are few minor technical issues that I would like solved but it's easily fixable by using the support team. We have been able to streamline our manufacturing process resulting in cost reductions and increased productivity.
