I'm so glad to get this. But so disappointed to use it. Says a good replacement for larger devices. But actually it's not. It does not change the temperature of the water at all, neither cold nor hot. It has 3 power buttons and 2 different levels. But they are somewhat redundant. You can press one of them to start or stop the water. It would be better if the water was at least chilled. There should be something to poke a hole in the bottle where the big bottle will help slide the pipe into the jugs. I asked someone online what they were using and they told me it was a screwdriver. I couldn't do this to have all sorts of oils and dirt on my screwdrivers all the time. I ended up using herb scissors. Despite having a spinal injury, I took the plunge and repurchased the full size dispenser sooner than expected.
