I read all reviews before purchasing and I took the negative ones seriously. Before installing, I made sure the wires fit and the toggle switches work. However, after installation, the toggle switches on one of the locks wouldn't move, which was very frustrating. I called their service number and they picked up after the second ring. They were very helpful and offered some solutions. It turns out that the toggle switches can be affected if you overtighten the screws that attach the unit to the rack. Problem solved. So great support, clear and understandable instructions and good online videos. The product is well thought out and works well.
