Time will tell if they actually make the recommended changes. I'm adding a star for the seller's excellent response. *** That is very nice! I love pastel rainbow tones. The shoe is good for a wide foot and the cleats feel solid, but unfortunately it doesn't feel like a good skateboard. The boot itself has a fairly stiff upper. I'd say you can break it, but once you do the material will probably start to wear down and start looking pretty crappy. The photos show that the side panel of the trunk is bent, which is why the material on it is wrinkled like paper. The material actually feels like hardened paper instead of being hard and flexible like most other vinyl/vegan skates. The skate had a few other blemishes. It also feels like I'm in a knot when stepping on my skates (although replacing the insole with a thicker one would probably fix that). I feel like I can't believe this skate is going to hold up well. Not to mention they don't even give you real shoelaces! Although I love the color, they look like a cross between a hair band and a curling band used for gifts. My advice is to skip this if you intend to skate regularly. There are much better adjustable skates (Crazy) for $100. Even with a $20 coupon, these skates aren't worth it :( Too bad because I wanted to love them.
