Review on ๐Ÿ”ง 632334a Carburetor: Reliable Replacement for Tecumseh SnowBlower, John Deere, and Toro Models by John Thawngzauk

Revainrating 5 out of 5

The straight fit eliminates pressure surge problems common to non-adjustable OE carburetors.

I service/sell/repair over 100 mechanized equipment a year and have been swamped with all the snow plows that have been sitting for at least 2 full years since we had no snow to plow last year. Of course, I keep the most common carburettors in stock so that these machines can be converted quickly. This carburetor is ideal for Tecumseh 4-stroke 7-9hp engines. Be sure to remove/flush the gas tank, remove the front engine cover so the fuel hose can be replaced. Ethanol quickly destroys rubber hoses from the inside. I also always add a check valve AND a GOOD quality gas filter (no red bitches). Replace gaskets and carburetor. Turn both mixture screws all the way in and back them out 1.25 turns as that really makes you. Set the carburetor almost right and let the engine start. With these carbs, the cars I rebuild no longer have the constant power boost that all crappy non-adjustable carbs have, and it all happens once the engine is broken in. etc. etc. I've installed a few hundred of these "Chinese" carburetors over the past decade and the failure rate is literally less than 1%. You can't argue with such success! Honestly, this is just an amazing deal. Rebuilding these carburetors with Tecumseh OR Stens kits costs more than buying one!
