Review on 🍳 Turquoise GreenPan Rio, 16-Piece Set: Healthy Ceramic Nonstick Cookware Pots and Pans by Amber Jones

I received it a few days ago after reading reviews on different sites. These pots and pans heat up very well over medium heat, so high heat really isn't necessary. The stickers on each pot and pan say low-to-medium heat only, no oil sprays (like Pam's), and just a little butter or oil. If you stick to the guidelines, you won't have any problems with that. I made the enchilada sauce the first night and the pan came out clean and free of stains. They are very easy to care for and their lightness reminds me of my father's Le Cruset. My rationale for 4 stars over 5 is the small 5 inch skillet and the wooden utensils. The utensil has some scuffs where the holes are cut, like chopsticks when they break. And I have no idea what you're going to cook in a 5 inch pan. Frying pan, except for one egg. Maybe that's what it's for? That being said, my husband and I are impressed and will be on the lookout for more items from this line.
