Review on 🧸 Montessori Wooden Stacking Toys for Kids - Educational Pre-school Learning Games - Ideal Christmas and Birthday Gifts for Boys and Girls Aged 2-5 by Bridgette Andrada

I have these colorful animal sets to play with my 3 year old grandson. It contains ten double-sided cards with animal configurations on which blocks can be stacked. Cards are rated by difficulty, from one star to three stars. This makes the game suitable for children of different ages to play together, as long as you give different star cards to different ages and maybe set a time limit for the oldest players. The animal blocks are a good size for kids (and adults). They are just under 5/8" thick so they stand up well. My grandson always likes to collect things from a card or template so he loves it. If I were to use this game in class, which I don't, I would Laminate cards. It's a good game/toy. The child can play with it alone, or you can have some sort of turn-based competition if you like. Here's my only caveat. Although some of the animals are long, so a child can have a part of one Alligators down its throat until it shuts up, there is no obvious reason why this game is not suitable for children under the age of 3. IF the color is not safe.As it is from China it certainly could be, well do not let children put these toys in their mouths, this possibility might be enough to scare you away from this toy.
