Just received and I'm a bit disgusted. The mirror looks good but the packaging has obviously been opened and returned. Nobody bothered to check the condition of the goods in the package. The end of the cardboard container wasn't even fully sealed. There was no glue. only the substrates are separated from the adhesive. The mirror was half clear of bubble wrap, the blue portion was dirty around the edges, and there was a crumpled piece of tissue paper in the box. So it looks like someone bought this just to get some glue.
