Fit well, seal well for the month they've been in. comes with rubber grommets which should come with every valve cover kit for the 3800, metal inserts on the car that you reuse and easily fit on the head. this leaves grommets for adjusting the degree of tension on the gaskets. therefore, they should be replaced with gaskets. This kit comes with them as expected.
