Pattern not printed on plastic canvas

I purchased two stencils from Dimensions Crafts (the second was a Mario template) and neither of them came with a pattern on plastic canvas, although the instructions and product description indicate that the stencil should be on the plastic canvas. Still learning cross stitch I loved this cute pattern as it is said to be for beginners. I do not recommend it for those who want to cross-stitch a pattern printed on canvas.
