(This review applies to both the gateway and related sensors) I use the sensor push gateway to push data from remote temperature/humidity sensors to my phone and tablet. I have multiple sensors outdoors for basic weather data and in my greenhouses and freezers to alert me to equipment failures. plug and play installation; no instructions really needed. The graphical data displayed on my iPhone and especially iPad is easy to read and can show data for a year. It's also easy to set alarm conditions, and alerts can be sent to text and email addresses. My first set of sensors is now two years old and the batteries are still fine. This system has a few disadvantages: 1. The signal is too weak to penetrate the mud walls of my house and get data from my greenhouse which is 50 meters from the airlock. I had to install a second gateway outdoors, under a rain canopy and with a direct line of sight to my WiFi and Bluetooth receivers through the window.2. Sometimes both gateways are down for several hours, sometimes for days. There is no way to troubleshoot; You just have to wait for them to reconnect. Gateways also occasionally lose contact with one or more sensors. This can usually be corrected by moving the sensor a few feet.3. So far, the system only works with Apple and Android devices. No web version to view data on PC.
