These glasses exceeded my expectations. I had a terrible headache and pain that felt like it was behind my eyes. I'm 28 years old and in relatively good health, but I felt like I never got enough sleep each day and, quite frankly, became irritable and short-lived with a raging headache. I work on the computer, I like to play video games and when I'm not working in the office I go out into the field to work in the sun. After seeing blue light glasses online I did a bit of searching on Amazon, there are hundreds of sellers but I wanted something that wasn't cheap and fell apart on me but wasn't expensive enough to break the bank. I have them in a metal frame and I'm telling you now within a day the headaches stopped and I don't wince in the sun. The quality is great, they come in a very nice case with a cleaning cloth, a tiny blue bulb with a tester so you can test it yourself and a pair of silicone earwires to keep them from falling out of your face. I've already convinced two family members to buy a pair and my fiancé will probably buy a pair too. If you're thinking about getting blue light reducing glasses, get these. It doesn't filter 100 per cent which honestly isn't necessary, 90 is fine, there's no bright yellow cast on anything and everything honestly looks crisp and clear. I've talked enough, but why not?
