It's bigger than I expected which isn't bad. It grates cheese well and that's all I've used it for so far. Because it's big, it was easy to clean by hand. The black piece around the bottom fell off on first use and no longer fits - it just keeps falling off so I threw it away. It doesn't look like it will last, maybe I'm a bit "rough" with things, but I expect more from metal products.
