I usually wear a medium size but bought a large because it was on sale and I would take a risk if it was a little loose, but the material is tight and very stretchy so it fits perfectly , it is not little loose! Super happy with the quality! It is thick but breathable and very soft. A review that said something about the size being too big is complete nonsense. I train and lift weights daily. I'm 130 pounds and 5 feet 3 inches tall. The model doesn't look like a regular t-shirt or cotton fabric, the arm and leg openings fit very snugly without interfering with circulation or causing discomfort, a great deal, I bought about six pieces. Same materials in the medium size and it's good that the medium fits perfectly, the large fits amazing too.
