These skewers were exactly what I was looking for. It cooked my chicken breast skewers perfectly and allowed me to easily flip and control the cooking process. No more spinning food. For wooden handles, I loaded them halfway with food, placed the charcoals on the rim, and let the wooden handles hang over the rim on the outside of the grill (the prongs are long enough for that). I plan to buy another set to make more kebabs when I have guests.
