Ideal for decorating and burning wood. They are the same size and the same shade. There were no wood defects on my backpack. They're well sanded, so don't worry about splinters. I used a laser engraver on it and it engraved it perfectly. I had no problem getting my engraver to burn the wood. I made my own decorations and it was easy to drill a small hook hole in them. They did not crack or splinter when drilled. I only needed 3 for a project and this was the best deal for the price. Low price and low quality usually go hand in hand, but not with these wooden discs. I can't wait to come up with more ideas on how to use the extra drives I have left.
