So it really works. We have an elderly dog who recently decided that the laminate floors in my dining room would make a good nighttime bathroom. not a happy dog mom. There were instructions on how to use it, but I just spray it on (not the foam option), let it sit for a few minutes and wipe off. When I put my nose in, I was very impressed that I didn't smell any urine. Incidentally, my dog didn't do it either, which is why he stopped at this point. The smell could be a little more pleasant but on no day would I accept the smell instead of the smell of urine.
