I used it to control a small heater in a 3D printer case and it works great in this application. The heater draws about 8 amps and I haven't noticed any problems with the relay in a few days on this draw. The interface is intuitive but the icons they use for options are no, don't throw away the datasheet. what is part of it! The only thing that surprised me (in a good way) is that the sensor is a little plastic knot at the end of the cable and is *very* responsive because it's so light I use the DS18B20 in small stainless steel cans. elsewhere and they react much more slowly because of thermal mass. Luckily, you can set the hysteresis as large as you like so the heater doesn't turn on and off quickly. Factory calibration was correct compared to other Dallas sensors in the same range. It was easy to switch from C to F and all menus/settings followed that single choice. Screw terminals are super cheap that everyone uses, if you pull a thick wire in, the connector body will start to rotate on the board.
