I bought this bag to fly my dog (alaska airlines), and they said it was too big (XL size). The bag was overall good for any other dog than mine. I have a terrier so the expandable rooms did not work for her as she liked to just claw at the netting, to try an d escape. Also the bag in general was not very secure, my dog was able to unzip the zippers and get out. I think in general before getting the bag make sure your dog isn’t touch sensitive, as my dog does not like things touching her out of nowhere and since the bag is soft-sided something was bound to touch her. Also the fact that the carrier gives the dog the sense that it is caving in on her and isn’t framed with anything, she tipped the bag over a couple times.
