They did not have the specific replacement part I was searching for for my car in stock. They informed me that it would take several weeks to arrive when I inquired if they could order it for me. In the quick-paced world of today, where customers demand prompt and effective service, this is unacceptable. Second, Trico's rates are not unbeatable by any means. In actuality, I discovered that many of their goods were more expensive than those of their rivals. They had poor quality windscreen wipers that frequently needed to be replaced and were not as long-lasting as claimed. Finally, Trico's client support is subpar. When I called to voice my worries, I was greeted with indifference and apathy. The representative I spoke with was useless and didn't seem to care about my problems. In conclusion, I wouldn't suggest Trico to anyone searching for trustworthy automotive goods and services. They are a bad option for customers due to their deceptive advertising and subpar customer support.
