by Victorian Bell on August 13, 2018 2006 GMC Sierra 2500hd works great. I bought it for my 2500HD Classic Ext Cab 6.0. Thought it was wrong at first, but it's a bit small due to the redesign. Solenoid curvature is smaller due to included remote housing (same solenoid size). You mount it away from dirt and dust. This is what I found when I opened the solenoid inside preventing it from opening. Just be sure to purchase a 12 foot (-/+) diameter, 5/8 inch diameter heater hose for the new location. Keep it away from dirt and road debris.
