The 1/2" NPT size on the website is non-standard and confusing. Some customers may find that the valve handle sizes differ from their faucet sizes. If so, take a 7/16" or 11mm hex wrench, insert it into the open end of the pipe and unscrew the pipe from the Apply faucet ab pipe compound or automotive sealant (I used Permatex #2) and reassemble Avoid rounding the edges of the wrench on the pipe. Do not use a pipe wrench or clamp the male pipe threads in a vise or they will be damaged and may become irreparable.
