Great Support and Great Heater
I was trying to find a better eco friendly heater as my last one left me with a giant energy bill. I loved that with this one I could sync it with my phone app and set schedules, using a temperature gauge it can turn off when it reaches the desired temp and is very simple to setup and use.However, at first this heater had a Bluetooth problem, as it appeared to maybe think it was a different Govee product. I contacted support and they were very quick to reply and remedy the situation with no hassle at all. Extremely satisfied!
