Review on 🔧 Gates TCKWP338 PowerGrip Premium Timing Belt Component Kit with Water Pump - Ensuring Optimal Engine Performance and Efficiency by Charlie Clayton

I ordered these from Gates for my personal car as they have always been a hit at the workshops I have worked at. Unfortunately, less than a year has passed and the water pump is already leaking from the drain hole. I had to jump through hoops to find and contact support for warranty information. I received an email detailing how I can ship the faulty water pump across county at my own expense and then wait for another one to be shipped if they feel it is covered under their warranty ( which does not contain a very precise description). , and when it's closed they send a replacement. It just tells me my car won't work until Gates tells me I can get a replacement or buy another if it's not covered by insurance. Pretty lame if you ask me. It just seems like a trick to trick me into not shipping anything and buying more because I need to fix it. Two thumbs down for Gates.
