Review on iWave by Dee Parson

I love how easy it was for me as an admin user of our organization to set up all my donor accounts with their eRApplications! It's been such a time saver being able to have them come into this system rather than having to manually enter everything each year.

The only thing about using their software that we dislike are some inconsistencies when adding new contacts or creating events - which has caused us issues at times but nothing too big. We really like that they offer multiple ways to receive communications from your nonprofit (email list management included). Also loved that there were so many different types/levels of profiles within one account allowing us to be very specific.
