Looks like a great little fan hub. But it doesn't work for me. I have an ASUS Maximus VI Hero motherboard. When I connect 4 pin PWM fans to it and connect the Silverstone to one of my 4 pin chassis fan headers (1, 2 or 3) all my fans just run at full speed. The BIOS detects that a fan is connected and reads the RPM, but the fan speed does not respond to changes in the BIOS. ASUS Ai Suite also reports the fan speed, but doesn't allow changes without fully recognizing that a fan is connected. Based on what I've read in hindsight now, it seems that on motherboards a little newer than mine, there is a SYS_FAN header that allows this to be successfully wired. Or others are appended to the CPU_FAN header. Since I have a Corsair Hydro and these fans are connected to the CPU_FAN header, I won't try Silverstone there. So I don't know if it's ASUS or Silverstone. This does not work for me. Nonetheless. Pros: Easy to set up, cables are a bit long (but I'm a cable fanatic), and at least the Velcro feels solid for now. I'll save it for later, but for now I guess I'll run the splitters and connect the fans to the headers.
