I like the fact that the base doesn’t have to be filled with sand/water but that the bags sit on top of the base. If I want to move it at some point, it won’t be a big deal. I read some reviews where people were having issues filling the small-ish bags it came with. We bought 3x50 lbs of play sand, left it in the bags it came in and just arranged them around the pole. Since the umbrella comes with a nifty cover for the base, we don’t see the store bags.Easy peasy.The umbrella itself seems sturdy enough. We don’t get a lot of wind here but we’ll be diligent about taking it down when we’re not using it regardless.Overall, for the price we’re very happy.We have a covered patio but it feels like you’re sitting in an oven when the temperature gets into the 80s and higher.Currently sitting in the yard under the new umbrella, it’s well into the 90s and it’s much more comfortable. That’s all we were after.Should any issues arise I will update my review.
