This is a high quality mouthguard. I deformed the first one in hot water when I put it in my mouth which was my fault. When it's hot, the protection is very soft and may not fit properly. I only needed half of the set so no problem as I have 4 spares left. Smaller mouthguards are preferable for me; I find them much more comfortable to wear which can make a difference when shopping. This is excellent value for money compared to what I have found in stores for triple the price of this set. This set also features more units, making it an even more affordable purchase. I recommend these protectors for the balance of quality, ease of use, and price.
