Very comfortable. I'm 5'10" and 185 pounds. I wear XL t-shirts so I ordered these in XL. Fits great. Mine were 100% cotton but didn't shrink very much after washing in warm water and 30 minutes in the medium dryer. These aren't arctic thermals, but they'll keep you warm without sacrificing comfort. I take blood pressure medication. If I'm below 65 degrees for a long time, I get chills in normal clothes. These help with this problem. On cold nights I can wear them under my pajamas and sleep peacefully without worrying too much about the temperature. I plan on running this pair after a few more wash/dry cycles and if they hold up I'll buy a few more pairs. . If I don't update this post, all is well.
